This CR significantly dilutes all existing holders.
Getting the CR money quickly and screwing existing shareholders is not such a common ASX practice these days. Many raisings have been equitable using proportional rights issues.
Although the AUK CR is under the 15% equity threshhold, all retail investors should feel aggrieved that they miss out on free options, if this business succeeds.
