The downgrade is what it is, but right throughout the report there are encouraging statements that appear - to me anyway - to quell the fears about Goodman that have been pedalled lately.
XPJ is only up 0.8 percent, so it's not just GMG that's hopped out of it's running gear at the start of today's race. If your logic was right - that it's the downgrade - then GPT should be red too. It isn't.
I think we'll see some fresh shoots of green by close.
