Are there actually any customers currently leasing rack space in SYD001? As far as I knew BCA was the only contract but that doesn't mean I know all the facts. Which can be taken as a criticism in this instance of the approach MM takes to informing shareholders. Whilst I agree that announcements just for the sake of announcements is time wasting, there certainly seems to be an element of opaqueness surrounding the operations of the business, particularly the amount of revenue being generated from SYD001. I emailed MM a few weeks ago and he said that 97% of turnover came from modular sales in FY20 (which was info tucked away in the annual report.) That would indicate pretty much nil customers in SYD001. Whilst on one hand there has been great progress made, it is difficult not too feel a little 'edgy' about the ongoing costs of MEL and SYD co-location centres and the debilitating cash flow effect on the growth of the company.
