    jd, if it's his aircraft, then he should behave as if he was in the office. In that case he is guilty of bullish behaviour against an employee, which is an offence under his own laws. Which ever way you care to look at it, he is guilty of at least one law of the land. Any other person, be it a passenger in a commercial flight, or an employee in the office, the bully would be at least be harshly dealt with if not arrested.
