    You probably do not remember but we had a discussion months ago re the liability of BCSCA in comparison to TLSCA (3), we disagreed in the sense i said buyer beware you the opposite but we did agree that TLSCA there was no liability if you did not pay second instalment but if you look on the other thread the TLS website says otherwise.

    I would appreciate your thoughts
