Hi Blaiy
How do you know this? Where can you access seller details (apart from informal enquiries to one's broker - an option I don't have)
I can't see any logic in such a move now that the SP is below what they'll be required to pay for any shortfall in the offer. When shares are trading at a premium to the discount offer, I can see why a broker might sell high to pick up again lower but not now.
The sad thing is, though, that in the many capital raisings I have observed, discount offers almost invariably set the SP on a swift path downwards and well below the supposed "discount." Zylotech and GTM both spring to mind. The latter has since bounced but ZYL's SP has halved since the discount was announced.
Can you offer any rational explanation why Intersuisse would do such a thing?
TIA,
Gupper
