Sounds like they are going to try and emulate the Atlassian and Wisetech model by acquiring more and more loss making businesses to give the illusion of revenue growth.
As they show no signs of being cash flow positive any time in the near future, looks like more scrip issue to founders who can sell down and depress the share price further.
