Just reading through the announcement with a little finer detail.
the technology was suspended after a 12 month post implementation review.
after reading an article on the ABC im starting to think that this might end up a storm in a teacup.
it all depends on the details on how this was handled in each case.
apparently leading defendant is claiming that she wasn't told that this technology could yield false positives and based on advise destroyed an embryo. Thing is she is saying she wasn't told. The technology was not claiming 100% accuracy therfore she may not have a leg to stand on.
