He's backing his company with a hefty position built over the years. Adding a little on top before potential blackout periods coming up after New Years i'd imagine, also displays his confidence in a positive outcome. He will want dividends, off market sale, T/O or high liquidity in a higher Mcap as an exit strategy. Basically he's committed for success.
