the debt for equity swap didn't work out very well for those that snapped up the proposal .. hahaha... it worked out well for NET however and in the long term perhaps for everyone holding the shares, but if the entities doing the equity/debt swap were in it to cover their debt by selling fast, haha! stung hard ... but that's the way it goes in the market when speculating on SP movements.. merry christmas
