perhaps "monetisation" is relevant when cash flow appears a bit tight... words such as "realisation" or "balance sheet de-leveraging" when an asset looks full (or over) valued.... either way - for the business that QUB operates, I see this as a positive move.
More about movement of other businesses product than monopoly, for their size I see it better that QUB remains focused on its core activity, rather than having diversified revenue streams at present - plenty of REITs or ETF's out there that can provide exposure to commercial property or Goodman Group etc.
