    Any VIC/P46 debt restructure would have to include VIC/P50 stakes, suggesting that the P46 drilling has revealed a degree of information to keep the JV participants at the table.

    I would think that the permit would be handed back to the Govt otherwise.

    Any other view out there on the HC wire?
