How do you know that ? IBM are supposedly working on new generation microprocessors including carbon nanotubes on which they are making big advances which could soon make silicon chips museum artefacts. IBM, NIVIDA and AMD have $billions to spend on research and to entice the best talent. What do BRN have to spend on research about $2 or 3 million ?
