Somtimes performance milestones are shareprice target For example because we sat above 35c for a set period of time. That would be a big payday for nothing, especially because he owns a large number of shares which have significantly appreciated in value and has therefore benefitted from the shareprice gains already, but shareholders must have voted to approve it at some stage
