CER is already "income positive". It's a wait and see game to see if we get a dividend on this basis. The CER constitution stipulates the distribution of taxable income. However, who knows as things are vague on that front at best.

CNP and CER were by all accounts one of teh first victims of the Global Financial Crisis. As a result, they were the first to write-down assets. If it ever comes to pass, they will both be the first to write-up assets.
