Anything is possible but with a jam packed 2021 about to roll in it could breakout.
another thing is for a 5-20% drop you need to ask yourself is it worth waiting for as it could easily 5-20% climb.
Many investors have had WBT pinned for many years as a massive company if they could pull this off
