We had just started drilling Mt Francisco as Gina took over AGO. It was just a couple of holes and PLS dismissed the findings as lepidolite. A couple of holes is hardly a drill program.

Then everything went quiet on Mt Francisco. Of the 3 Pilbara outcropping pegs (Wodgina, Pilgangoora, Mt Francisco) , Cisco was regarded as the most promising.

AGO had their separate resource called Pancho. If anyone remembers "The Cisco Kid", Pancho was Cisco's sidekick. So, Cisco is the main one.

We have now qualified as 70% owners of the Cisco resource and can earn up to 80%. AGO has the balance.

I could never really understand why things went so quiet ... as soon as Gina took AGO. She has the best legal team in the country behind her.

However, I recall a German film crew interviewing Ken not long after and he stated that Cisco was still very much in our future plans. Ken said that at the time, they were concentrating all their efforts on developing Pilgangoora.

Ken has stated all along, his plans are to get PLS invested in the downstream processing of our Spod. A very financial partner has always been part that planning.

Gina? She's not the type to partner up in business relationships, more of an all or nothing girl. I reckon Ken will have to seduce her ... errr, I mean induce her (I think).

Its been great watching Carbonate prices rise but watching Spod pricing has been a bit frustrating. However, I did note SA Lithium commentator Juan Carlos Zuleta said last week, he expected the recent breakthrough in Cobalt free, high Nickel NFA EV battery tech, to power Hydroxide (and by default, Spod) prices in the near future.

Great to see the increase in SC6 prices yesterday.

USD435 for Spod? If the Dec20 quarter production confirms AISCs of ~USD320, that's meaningful profitability. We have at least A$200m in c/f tax losses as well.

Also, CATL and Ganfeng have been achieving ATHs nearly everyday recently. Yesterday, the Ganfeng share price rose up 10% to trigger the autoclose. The whole Lithium sector is on fire!

    Mabuhay!

The view from my front door. About a 75m walk along the pathway to the main road.

I'm in La Union, Luzon. I live between Oz and the 'pines but mindful of my tax residency. COVID strands me here. I hope the ATO understand.

I've lived on the beach but I much prefer the countryside. I have farmland all around me here. The people are so much more genuine in the country. When I walk around the neighbourhood, everyone smiles and wants to talk with me. Still, its only 3kms to the city centre, I can walk it. Trikes and Jeepneys everywhere though.
