    "...the case is centred on a series of announcements made by Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) to the market in late 2004 regarding agreements with three state-owned Chinese companies."


    Funny how this comes out just days after FIRB approves Valin's stake in FMG and numerous allegations get made about Chinese connections with the Labor party.

    I wonder if those "state-owned Chinese companies" are to appear as witnesses for or against Twiggy and FMG?

    I don't know about you guys, but I smell a rat!
