Yes I did see Nick Sikiotis last week...he sat up the back.. and left immediately after the votes were read... I guess he is just very "thick skinned"
Cant see how the 4 original directors could be held accountable for the costs of the next EGM... but hey would be good to see.
What I think may happen is that now we have 3 very astute new directors, they will make sure that there is no way the company would be trading close to insolvently as this would be a reflection of/on all 7 directors and hence the 3 new directors will 110% protect their names and reputations.
this goes back to my reference comment; boys and men dont mix well in a boardroom
