    Discussion is getting diverted.

    Three agenda points are sufficient.

    1. Immediately replace the present Board of Directors by our chosen Executive Chairman who is attending the meeting on 07-04-09.
    2. Apply to ASIC/ASX for the maximum SPP subscription limit - Time required is one day to prepare the documents, submit and get ASIC/ASX approval
    3. Open the SPP for 21 days.
