Sticking with the Top 20 theme and shareholder composition / SOI discussion , it really wouldn't take much to sneak up onto the register with a 5 or 10% stake at all. And you only have to follow some of the ' Canary ' connections on a couple of other significant tech plays which they have been involved in.
So apart from the recent flushed out connection between Canary Executive Director Joe Durak and Phillip Capital re: the recent 10 million single BUY order - On closer inspection we also have a Durak sitting in 10th spot on the CRO share register as at the September 16th Top 20 with 14,323,321 or 0.90%.
And if we delve further into following the money so to speak with regards to Top 20 holders and their association's with Canary , we would also see that CRO's No. 2 holder MR KEIRAN JAMES SLEE with his 30,600,000 shares or 1.92% at September is also sitting in 13th spot on 3DP ( Pointerra Limited ) with 8,046,301 or 1.20 % . This Investor can also be seen in the Top 20 on Harvest Technology Group Limited ( HTG ) and holding down 5th spot with their 14,716,052 shares or 3.14 % along with Canary Capital who are positioned in 15th spot with their 5,366,477 share or 1.15 % of total share capital.

@Kyriaco who is obviously from Kyriaco Barber Pty Ltd and who was sitting in 13th spot in the CRO top 20 with their 13,775,000 shares or 0.87% of the total SOI in September - and can also be found in both the top 20 of 3DP and HTG - with 5,829,096 shares or 0.869 % in 17th spot and 5,366,477 shares or 1.15% in 11th spot respectfully. And this Top 20 poster is definitely not shy in making their presence felt in ALL 3 of these forums with even a couple of posts right here on the CRO forum.
Interesting that if you look at HTG , you will find the ' Other ' Executive Director of Canary Capital Paul Hart and his wife Anna Hart who are also invested in the Top 20 in 16th spot and after Canary with their even 5,000,000 shares or 1.07%
What even more interesting when you follow the money with respects to 3DP is when they secured the renown Tech Entrepreneur Bevan Andrew Slattery and his wife Jodie Ann Slaterry with their ' strategic ' cornerstone 50 million placement on 14th July 2020 which was confirmed one week later with a substantial shareholders notice on 20th July. And look who co-signed off the original announcement - none other than Canary Capital.
So there is a lot of ' Pedigree ' with the expectations and anticipation of what might just be next and around the corner with CRO's association with Canary Capital. And as can be evidenced with 3DP's Share Price and market cap performance from around July 6th or one week prior to the strategic Slattery's coming onboard ....when it was 5.24 cents and a market cap of around $35 million to where it roughly is now at 51 cents and a market cap of $342 million in just over 2 months.
And when you start to piece together some of the movements with regards to Canary Capital and our own Share register ......like those which surrounded our own previous entrepreneur in Robert Martin who was involved in both the previous General Meeting resolutions 17. which covered CRO's loan repayment to Temorex Pty Ltd where he is a controlling Director as well as Resolution 21. where he was entitled to a further 45 million shares through his Directorship and interest in Goldfire Enterprises Pty Ltd along . Resolution 21 of course also included Canary Capital's 75 million shares and there issue to sophisticated and professionalinvestors who are clients of Canary Capital and which these funds were used for FULL repayment of the Companies debt and for working capital requirements in relation to the launch of CRO's payments platform.
So I guess my main point here is while no one really knows what lies around the corner in terms of ' Strategic ' stakes being offered in the Company , the Top 20 definitely looks primed for a 5 , 10 , or 20% stake to come onboard at some point , and given we have not seen a substantial notice thus far , I would certainly think with the connections to KKR that it could very well be sooner than later. And especially now that we know the ' Calibre ' and Quality of Canary's BIG FISH connections with regards to Bevan Slattery........
