I fully agree with 3 points. And I agree it needs to be as simple as possible.

But I wasn't talking about the message to VA, I was talking about winning over other shareholders at the meeting. A lot of people at the meeting won't know of Vijay. Especially a lot of older investors who never use the internet. What I think would help is a 1 page document stating the background of Vijay Kikani's / Michael Spooner's plan, how the previous management let us down and how important it is to get shareholder support for the new management team AND support for those 3 points.

If copies of this statement are handed around 1/2 hour before the meeting there's a chance a lot of them will come on board to give us added numbers during the meeting.
If Vijay doesn't want to do this that is no problem. But I thought I should reiterate my point because it seems that both of you didn't understand me or maybe I didn't explain myself properly.
