I guess you've also got to take into account that this isn't the only play and they can easily pick up more blocks, which has happened for many operators in the blocks... if they can pick up blocks near their existing awarded blocks then cost to produce is lower.
remember the market is forward seeing... whilst i don't predict 10c+ - I think we'll see approx 5c on open... the placement was oversubscribed in 2 hours, that tells you how much it was liked.
