While RIO in conjunction with the Chinese Government may be hedging its bet to avert the economic impact of the Chinese blocking our Iron Ore by accelerating the development if "The Pilbara Killer". If this happens as planned within 5 years then IMO, we should simply add an export tax on iron ore to China the same way as China taxes finished lithium & rare earths exported to the West.
