RIO has mucked around way too much to date to their considerable expense.
KAH & Dattels would have told RIO and other interested parties exactly what they will sell for. RIO do have the advantage of a $60 shareprice on which to leverage a script offer.
They must now realise that if they don't come to the party soon RS which has enormous synergistic advantages for RIO will be taken out from under their nose.
