I don't believe they need shareholder approvals for an acquisition or a re-listing. I've never heard of that obligation before and a capital raising won't happen until after they have re-listed if that is on their agenda, unless they need to recapitalise privately. It should not be taking this long. I would love to know the fine details behind the inordinate time lags.
