I think you are right. Look at ROCs chart in May and June last year. They were hammered down by tax losers until a few ddays before the end of June when it started to rise. Within a few weeks it went up (from recollection) about 20%. I made a nice profit then, and expect a similar pattern from PSA, which is one of my stock favorites since it was around 13c.
