I'm not so certain that's the case. The share price was at 14.5 cents when they held off the takeover by CIMIC after being awarded the Batu contract by their now major holder. This relationship will almost certainly bring about another 2 billion contract in the next few months.
The company almost went under back in 2015 and the market has probably not forgotten or forgiven as yet. However the turnaround in the past 18-24 months has been remarkable with the acquisitions, constant contract wins and record profits which is only increasing. I agree things have been slow in terms of share price growth but I'm looking towards the near-term future for good gains...hopefully without rose colored glasses on.
