The old rule of thumb used to be $1/MT for DSO and 20c/MT for magnetite - not sure if this still applies nowadays.
Maybe the increase in share price and market cap is to help avoid a takeover from JMS although a consolidation of the regional players makes much more sense than them all going alone given the costs involved.
