I have checked SYR trades and,.. yes it's interesting to see a similar L5/XT (late/after market) off-market cross trade happened with SYR at 16:12:33 hour today.

29,544,384 SYR (Syrah Res.) shares cross traded at $1.01 today.
Total $ value of $29,839,827.

And we saw a same type of trade for 26,352,548 LTR shares exactly at the same time 16:12:33

The interesting part for LTR is that SYR's largest shareholder is Australian Super, holds ~16.5% (according to Commsec records).

Also, Aust. Super has given $56m in terms of convertible notes to SYR on Dec.10.2020, just recently, which means Aust.Super is supporting SYR. SYR is a natural graphite producer in Mozambique and has also a battery anode material (BAM) project in Louisiana USA.

That tells us clearly that Aust. Super is all over the battery minerals place. I don't think that they are not touching LTR shares. The head of resources department in Aust Super is Luke Smith. You will hear this name a lot in the future. (Makes wrong decisions too IMO; e.g. Orocobre investment is wrong because the cost of lithium hydroxide in Japan together with Toyota is too high. And now Toyota is crying to Japan gov. to not to ban ICE vehicle manufacturing too soon, don't like 2035!)

Anyway, let's see what will happen next.

We don't know if SYR's L5XT trade has anything to do with Aust. Super!

I am now wondering if LTR's L5/XT trade has anything to do with Aust .Super.
