I was just reading about the NDAA that congress and senate hope to bypass Trump with. It includes an extra expeditionary ship from Austal- fitted out as a hospital ship. Just read in WSJ that Trump was using money otherwise intended for NDAA for his wall. Just saying.
Anyway, if this is voted in by senate on their wednesday night- it must help the SP and bottom line.
