It's been said many times here, but my only beef with management is how they go about with the stock offerings.
Here in the US, these small cap bios announce their stock offerings AFTER good news/stock appreciation. This obviously dilutes existing shareholders, but less so.
Kazia on the other hand gets a few institutions/hedge funds to invest at a discount to current price, then releases positive data a month later. Not sure how ethical this is, but it's probably the only way they can get their hands on cash.
The bottom line is all small bio companies need to raise money...just think Kazia can go about is smarter.
Overall though I'm glad JG is the CEO, and brought in GDC 0084. The company would have cease to exist if this did not happen!
