17c is def mew resistance, 15-155 on the other side looks strong enough to hold. Though ACC has been on a steady decline since CR (which is expected). We are close now to finishing eating the CR dilution, once that is finished I think we can expect a turn around in accumulation, once that starts to increase, and we break 17, then yeh I agree we are probs looking mid to high 20s.
