I believe the $44m EBITDA for UNV was based off sub $70 API4 prices. UNV has around 1.5m tons linked to the API4 price which has hovered in the late 80s early 90s USD.
So you might be able to adjust the UNV EBITDA up by another 15 Million (attributable) dollars on an annualised basis.
