    Between bulls and bears, adding $3- $5 dollars on top of the 89c target will not be unreasonable imo ..... A sp of $4-$6 is based roughly on US Cement industry PE ratio of 21. $140m x 20/600m = approx $5........ All speculation, hard enough to guess the price tomorrow.
