It's a decent roll of the dice but probably a last roll of the dievce? An $800k loan at 12% interest accruing daily would be looked at with envy by the mafia, given it's done in plain sight and is all legal! Shockingly bad terms but that's about the state of things. It's not like they have much in the way of revenue targets to beat. Just make any money at all!
