I like to look for subtle signs and when a person of Mr. Liebeskind’s quality was prepared to step up and fill the vacancy when the fortunes of the company were not as solid as they are today gave me confidence at the time.

I also like the fact that he stayed longer than perhaps he first thought would have been the case until the right person was found.

I also like the fact that he stayed to make sure of an orderly handover to his replacement.

I also like the fact that he continues to hold all the shares he had when he commenced in the roll.

So I say thank you Mr. Liebeskind I like your style.
