The $1M at a 10% discount is pretty good from a dilution perspective.
My issue is that it is a meaningless amount given our cash burn. Hopefully, it is just a stop gap to see them through to the signing of a partnership deal.
Either way, AVR is very weak and any partnership arrangement will factor that in. I think we are looking at being bought out cheap rather than a partnership. Either someone will take immediate control or they will promise a series of payments that will allow them to take control over time.
