Depends which country's coin you are tossing. IMF PROPOSED sale is psychological and adds to CURRENT technical and manipulative thinking. But equally to put some +ve spin any number of CB's may line up to buy what the IMF propose to sell (subject to US Congressional approval) which makes one man's gold another man's gold from the way I look at it:
