    .... possibly the Financier's patience has run out ... or just that they are (or their lawyers) are not working at this time of year...

    ... not a good time to be guarantors of this facility ...

    ... asking shareholders and the bank to fund continuous losses with a slick PR firm to sell it to us ... is now officially over ... let's hope ...
