Think of the positives of the network being owned by an independant company.
1.Fair and equal access for anybody
2.TLS and many others will get part of the action during construction
3. Guaranteed funding
4. Built to a standard so it's a valuable asset
5. Float off in future years
Excellent idea and should generate real and FAIR competition.
