Vin "too much damaged had been done" ??? Not sure why you and many other want to keep the blame on JH JK, when there is not one fact,not one bit of evidence to suggest that JH and JK (all any management) had done any damage to the relationship at all. In fact the only facts are the opposite from the MOU from their meeting.

As to SIYI's part we have a trial of evidence suggesting they were not playing fair, which I have mentioned over and over again. We have SBN publicly question SIYI good faith (fact). We have the very actions of SIYI (fact). And now a formal termination of the JV by their lawyers (fact). The way I read the the Sun's involvement was simply to emphasis the fact that SBN have done everything in the power to conciliate and SIYI have done the very opposite. All the facts are pointing to SIYI(MPS) failing in their obligations, while on the other hand SBN have bent over backwards at every turn to accommodate. My god we have even payed the wages for one of them. How obvious does this have to become.

To keep suggesting that we have offended them or broken relationships, to a catastrophic proportion that caused the breaking of the JV is simply reading into the the story things that are not there.
