You can look at it as a positive, but I am looking at it with more questions. Like I mentioned above there was an option in the 3Y where the Company could have explained further as to where the shares came from. Instead they chose to disclose the minimum simply chose to state 'off market transfer'. This could very well have been Zane buying shares from a family member or a distressed seller, we do not know. Hardly a positive sign for my own trading purposes.

Skin in the game is always positive he doesn't have to buy those shares.

The fact that he bought them is a green light.
