It would be fairly easy to find out how long they were considered by MIC - but it wouldn't tell us much, as every project is different and land issues etc can involve multiple ministries and take longer to approve. As for how long they were in preparation BEFORE invitation to submit to MIC, that's harder and even less instructive.
