I think this news is great, but what is even better is that now that the bill has been approved, the news-flow for production will soon follow, as well as contractual agreements etc.
PEN is in a tremendously great position to benefit from all this, and with the company being so communicative, we can expect these updates very regularly. There is really only upside from here at these price levels. I firmly believe there will be another announcement regarding the recommencement of production very soon.
