Bacteria are bacteria, if they get nuked in an ajar plate they will get nuked in any medium, the question IMO is if there is any issue with the 'host' medium, in this case humans. I mean Mr Genius trump was onto it - inhale bleach - sure to kill any virus it comes into contact with, just a shame about the 'host' human !!
