Big Brother or not, I agree, you migrate to this country then you sign, I walk into the bank/institution/shopping centre with :
1. no motorcycle helmet on 2. no tent on my face on (for whatever reasons) 3. no baseball cap on (even if I am coolest dude in town)
reason : WE want to see your naked face, that's the condition of entry to bank/institution/shopping centre.
Make it uniformal in the places above, or some more (I have no problem with that as none of us have a problem in walking thru metal det. gate at the airport)
