If it’s a family or paperwork move, it’s irrelevant imo.
but if it’s someone wanting out and it was arranged via brokers, (I’ve never done one myself) I’d rather this than have someone offloading on market and pushing the SP down to silly levels. Only because I’m not buying right now - if I was I’d be more than happy to accumulate.
