Another concern I have is with their overall development and QA team. The app was in private beta testing for 8 months before it was launched and the first thing people experienced was the sign up didn’t work. Look at the App Store reviews, majority are giving 1 star because of the sign up process failing. Even after their latest update which they said have addressed the issue but people are still unable to sign up. I have shared the app with over 20 people in the US with 8 came back saying the sign up failed without any reason given so they just stopped trying the deleted the app. The 12 that successfully signed up had issue with the app being buggy and closing unexpectedly. Just so you know, none of them left a review on the App Store so imagine how many people are actually failing to even use the app. This kind of result from an app that has been in beta for 8 months is unacceptable.
