There are some neighbours who have applications caught up in the Mining Wardens court (WA).

When I realised Mt.Barghaus was not granted, I considered the prudent action was to sit on the sidelines.

I am almost always a very positive poster, but I do get annoyed when people claim the the granting of the tenement is a given.

This is a general comment, I am not referring to any specific application or tenement.

If one is to take a little time and look through application contests in the Warden's Court, younwill see that these matters can take time to determine.

It can also been seen that these matters are taken very seriously, Applicants and Respondents are often represented by Counsel. Decvisions can take months.

As we know (now) that there is a lot of gold in the region and these Tenements are hotly contested. I am not familar with the basis of the objection(s), all I know is that granting of any tenement is not a given.

In regard to CAD, in my mind, granted tenements are highly prospective and I have posted numerous times on this matter. I am not downramping.
